What are Kindness Kits?
Kindness Kits are themed activity sets created to help elementary school children learn and practice kindness toward themselves, others, their families, and the environment. Hands-on and interactive, the kits include stickers, cards, seed packets, coloring sheets, and more. Over five days, students participate in daily kindness activities, reflections, and creative sharing.
Why do they matter?
Every child has the power to make a difference. Yet, most early-service learning programs focus on older kids. Little Helpers aims to plant the seeds of kindness in younger generations, watching them blossom into beautiful gardens. While speaking about kindness is important, it is even more crucial to show students the impact they can create in real time. We are driven to give back to the schools we attend, helping to cultivate a generation of kind-hearted servant leaders. Kindness is a foundational life skill. Research shows that service intended to benefit others boosts children’s happiness, social connection, and sense of belonging, all of which are fundamental to healthy development. (MDPI)

Teacher & School Impact: A Mason Testimonial
We piloted Kindness Kits with 3rd and 5th grade gifted students in Mason. Teachers reported that the activities took just ~15 minutes per day and were completed seamlessly in class.
“I would tell another teacher this is an excellent activity set for five consecutive days. Students took the box home on Day 4 or 5 and loved it!”
Milestone Vision: Spreading Kindness Nationwide
Our goal is to expand the Kindness Kits program to all 50 states, adapting for regional and community needs. Each expansion fosters local engagement while growing a national network of kind‑inspired classrooms and neighborhoods.
