Jewels for Joy is a charity founded by Rishika’s younger sister: Joshika Jeyaprakash.
Jewels for Joy was founded on August 15, 2019, by Joshika Jeyaprakash, a 10-year-old from Mason, Ohio. Joshika hand makes and sells jewels, and donates thousands of dollars, food items, toys, and spreads smiles all around. Throughout her journey, she has made more than 400 jewels, donated over 1000 brand-new toys to the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, and supported several local causes. She has donated over 100 jewels to nurses and doctors in three different hospitals as a token of appreciation for their work during this pandemic. She has also donated more than 600 food items to local food pantries and currently raising money to donate to several other charitable causes.
